Ultra Seal Surface appears Patchy
If you find that you get a patchy appearance after you have cured
your nails using Ultra Seal this could be the result of either
applying the Ultra Seal to thinly, or waiting too long after brushing
the product on before placing the nails under the lamp. Apply another
layer to completely coat the nail. Place the hand under the lamp
after applying Ultra Seal to only 1 to 3 nails at a time, depending
on how quickly you work. Furthermore, before applying Ultra Seal make
sure that nails are particle free and thoroughly clean by wiping with
a clean nail wipe and Cleanser Plus. Do not buff your nails or use
Cuticle Oil before applying Ultra Seal.

Finished Nails Look Dull
Make sure that you have cleansed the nail surface correctly after
applying Gel. To do this you need to use a clean nail wipe lightly
saturated with Cleanser Plus. First dab gently until the sticky layer
seems to dissolve, then while applying pressure pull off any tacky
residue by wiping the entire nail towards the tip. A suggestion that
IBD makes is that other brands of cleansing products may dull the
nails.
Please note # If you have used IBD Coloured Gel Polish you must
apply a topcoat to bring back the shine and prevent coloured gel from
peeling. (please refer to the handy hint on coloured gels)

Cured Nails feel Sticky
As mentioned in the previous hint, make sure that you have
cleansed the nail surface correctly after applying Gel. You need to
do this to remove the sticky residue that is left after curing. To do
this you need to use a clean Nail Wipe lightly saturated with
Cleanser Plus. First dab gently until the sticky layer seems to
dissolve, then while applying pressure pull off any tacky residue by
wiping the entire nail towards the tip.

Bubbles in Finished Gel Nails
You might discover small bubbles in your finished nails if you
have overworked the gel while applying it. With basic Clear Gel in
particular, do not sculpt it but apply it like a rich top coat. Only
the Builder Gels are designed for sculpting.

Discoloured or Yellowing Gel Nails
Unlike some other brands of Gel, IBD doesn't discolour easily. If
it does discolour or yellow it may be as a result of the use of
Sunbeds, tanning products or Tan Booster. Try not to get any form of
tanning lotions on your nails. If you do, make sure that you
thoroughly clean your nails after you use these products.
